Today, went to sch by bus took bus 17 saw Xiao Han ...
Den said goodbye den go sch lor..
Den i walked and walked and walked went to quadrangle and sat...
Said the national anthem and pledge...Den went to class started art and was like thinking almost all my subject teachers were male and two were old ..
Then when it was geography lesson some of my classmates put the whiteboard duster on top of the whiteboard noeing tat the old teacher could not reach...
When the teacher came he would tok and tok and tok and tok and tok!!!
It was damn frustrating and boring...
When he was giving out the notes most of us didn't understand wat crap he was toking.
Den i was scolded by him but not tat kind of scold something like say only
My partner Qian Yi was laughing and i felt like laughing too muahahahahahaha
I would not want tis kind of teacher as he keeps toking...-.-"
After sch, me,Esther,Maria and Qian Yi went to Downtown East macs i UPSIZED my meal...
Then maria went to meet her friend while I brought esther and Qian yi to my house...
Then we went to the playgrounds to play then after tat they went home..
Then i nothing to do lor then around 6 pm i play com till now but now i gtg yay haha^^

Today i went to theme park in Vietnam.It sucked only the game tat can turn upside down many times was the only thing tat intrest(dunno how to spell ps) me.

Btw, just now went to eat some food and they tasted great especially the sweet and sour pork which is my all-time favourite and prawn hahas^^

Then my hao lian[translate to chinese] cousin say Coral Sec like shit!!!
He say he comfirm can get Victoria!
He wait long long la hahas:)
Then he everytime win me in normal exams lor then his mom everytime hao lian oso...
Then i so call curse him in his Psle results haha i evil hor muahahahaha!!!
Then after like collect the results for 25 minutes later, his mother call my mother to ask for my results.

His mother tell his marks first and the marks was....201
My mom was like DAMN shocked as he always won me in the past exams:)
-.-''Then my mother go bluff them tat my marks was 217...
Actually she nid not bluff them as she told us her son's score first all we have to do is just say the correct score...

Now she cannot hao lian le muahahahahaha:)

Wat the... Damn sian lor cannot spend last day with classmates instead some of us from 6E went to Coral Sec Open House:)

It was quite big but i went that sch before as my sis was studying her final yr there last yr and i followed her 2 get her results...

It was quite fun at the bio lab as we get to extract the dna from strawberries:)
So sianx as it is the last day of sch...Hu noes if we get to meet each other again except 20 november...

Unless some1 opens a bbq pit for like gathering tis yr or the next few yrs...

In the morning before class start, i asked alot of ppl to sign my pe shirt muahahahaha ha...
I aiao liao:)

Anyways, 2morrow yu ting,xin kai and alina coming to my house to play and see fluffy haha

Stupid la just now went out with my cousin then he bought a pink PSP and wats more he is a boy and he did not mind tat it is pink lol...He is not gay and he is not jerald lol lor... just now in coral sec saw him the he still say coral sec like shit then he still go open house he xiao 1 ...

He now say he want go victoria lol kays now gtg bb...

2dae, went to macs at loyang point to da bao with yu ting,natasha,alina and xin kai... then saw quite alot of white sandians there-.-"lol...

Then i used the computer at xin kai's house for awhile:D
After tat xin kai,me,yu ting and alina went to my house for awhile:)
Then we walked through the park at my house back gate to go to white sands and take neoprint haha quite fun:D aiya 2morrow last day of school le but some of us will be going to coral secondary open house wonder if get to see all my friends when go secondary sch:(

Todea, have handball the game very fun when 6E VS 6F is 10:4 haha... but 6C very rough the ppl very violent...haha alot oso violent as it is part of the game...
Just now ah oso almost hit the ball @ me but i was able to dodge(:haha

sian just now dance infront of P5 &P6 so pai seh forgt the steps 6F the song and moves so damn easy sia...not fair :(The pig dance like a cow dung or wateva from 6F sianx...

2dea went to the farms so cal fun but the nicest is the mushroom farm as they cook the mushroom damn nice!!! Even if I buy home the mushrooms sure won't taste nice and btw after me and jes ate some, we felt like as if ,if we eat more, we will vomit hahas...hahas...lol

LOL...They said when we go the cake shop we would learn how to bake...

Today,we were having a loyang sec tok...

Very lame sia i feel the tok was very lame...

Yay!!! I can go amazing race on .... err forgt liao haha but i think is on next monday, 3 november:D i was 1 of the girls tat was chosen YIPEEE!!!!^^ haha i siao liao:) 11 girls wanted to go 9 boys wanted to go

9 JULY I WENT TO RAFFLES MUSEUM TO FIND OUT MORE ABOUT SCIENCE.THEN, WE WERE GETTING READY TO GO UP THE BUS, AH WAS OSO GOING TO RAFFLES MUSEUM. I WAS LIKE OH MAN. THEN ME AND JESSLYN SAT TOGETHER AT THE 3RD ROW.

AH WAS SITTING AT THE FIRST ROW WITH SISSY MRT.LOL-.-'' AFTER WE REACHED WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO USE FLASHLIGHT AS IT MIGHT MAKE THE DEAD ANIMALS FADE ITS OWN COLOUR.WE TOUCHED DEAD BIRDS + FEATHERS AND WE OSO PIERCED THROUGH THE QUAIL EGG. TO TAKE THE THE EGG YOLK AND WHITE AH WORE JACKET VERY CUTE.

AFTER BEING IN THE MUSEUM FOR SO LONG WE WENT BACK TO THE BUS.THEN WHEN AH CAME UP HE SAT AT THE 2ND ROW WHILE WE WERE AT 3RD ROW I WAS LIKE OH MAN AH SAW ME TOOK MY MP3 THAN HE TAKE OUT HIS HP. HE OSO SLEPT UNTIL VERY CUTE!! WE WERE NOT ALLOWED TO EAT IN THE BUS UNTIL MRT WAS LIKE SLEEPING THEN WE CAN EAT. Southern little blue penguin

The blue penguin is the smallest penguin in the world, standing just 25 cm tall and weighing a little over 1 kg. Its plumage is slate-blue with a bright white belly and it lacks any type of crest. In Canterbury, experts also recognize a separate sub-species, known as the white flipper penguin. It is difficult to distinguish from the blue penguin, but to the discerning eye the white flipper is slightly larger, lighter in colour and has a characteristic broader white band at the front of its flipper.

Blue penguins only come ashore under the cover of darkness and live underground in burrows, natural holes, or under human structures and buildings. They remain around their colony all year, although they may make long foraging trips of more than 70 km during the non-breeding period.

The population and range of the little blue penguin has been declining in areas not protected from predators. Where predator control is in place, populations have been stable or increasing.

The blue penguin is the smallest of all penguins at just 40 cms. They are steely blue above and satin white below.

Blue penguins frequent the mainland coastal waters of both North and South Islands and many offshore islands around New Zealand. They spend all day out at sea fishing, often solitary, mostly about 5m from the surface. They feed on small fish, squid, and octopus when available. At night they come ashore and leave at dawn to go back fishing. When ashore they often wander as much as 500m inland and over 200m above sea level on some islands. On Tiritiri Matangi they have been seen at night up by the lighthouse.

The little blue penguin has a variety of calls, mewing notes (like a cat), loud screams, trumpeting and deep toned growls. They are most vocal at their breeding colonies and when they come ashore at dusk.

Blue penguins go through a complete body moult, at the breeding site once their chicks have fledged. This moulting period lasts for 10 -18 days and occurs some time between December and March. During this period the blue penguin is not able to go out to sea and therefore doesn't eat, so a period of 2 -3 weeks at sea is spent beforehand fattening up.

Thirteen of the world’s 18 penguin species have been recorded in the New Zealand region (including the Ross Dependency). Nine of these species breed here.
Three penguin species breed on the New Zealand mainland: little blue (kororā), yellow-eyed (hoiho)and Fiordland crested (tawaki). These species breed alone or in small groups, unlike their Antarctic relatives that gather in large colonies.
Although the penguin’s ancestors were flying birds, penguins do not have this skill and they instead use their paddle-like wings (flippers) to propel themselves through the water.
Penguin wing bones are solid, unlike flying birds’ wings which are hollow to save weight.
Penguins dive to catch food, including fish, krill (tiny shrimp-like creatures), squid and a wide range of marine invertebrates. The emperor penguin holds the diving record at 450 metres deep and 11 minutes underwater.
Penguins feed their young by storing fish in their stomach and regurgitating it. This means adults not only have to catch enough fish for themselves; they also must slow the digestion process to ensure that their chicks get a meal once they arrive home.
Unlike flying birds, which moult and replace their feathers gradually so that they can continue to fly, penguins moult all of their feathers at once. This enables them to go back out to sea without ‘leaks’ in their waterproof insulation. Moulting is a stressful time for penguins, and during this two to five week period in late summer birds may look sick and ragged.

Species that breed on the New Zealand mainland

Yellow-eyed penguin

The yellow-eyed penguin, unique to New Zealand, is one of the world’s rarest penguins. Its name comes from its distinctive yellow iris. A distinctive yellow headband is also present in adults and is gained in thefirst moult at one year of age. Dorsal plumage is grey/ blue in colour, and the belly snow-white.

Yellow-eyed penguins are found along the southeastern coast of the South Island. They are also found on Stewart Island and its offshore islands and on Auckland and Campbell Islands. Numbers on the NZ Mainland vary between 400–600 breeding pairs with large fluctuations occurring between years in response to marine conditions.

The Māori name for the yellow-eyed penguin is hoiho, which means ‘noise shouter’ and refers to their shrill call. You can usually hear them before you see them!

The Fiordland crested penguin has a black head, throat and upper parts and white underparts. The sulphur-yellow crest starts at the base of the bill, extends over
the eye and droops down the back of the head. Adults often have white stripes on the cheeks, while juveniles have a shorter crest and pale cheeks.

This species’ breeding range is the rugged coastline of South Westland, Fiordland and the islands of Foveaux Strait and Stewart Island. The birds nest individually, or in loose colonies, close to the coast. Nest sites are in caves, under overhangs, at the base of trees or in dense vegetation.

The population is currently estimated to be around 3000 breeding pairs but little information is available on population trends.
